In Rock Man's mind, this is the only reasonable conclusion to reports that Rock Man and Forte were seen downtown, since he knows where he himself is and Forte's supposed to be dead. Personally, I like the idea that Bob occasionally helps Rock Man fight crime in the Rockman Universe. I've always thought that Bob could have been a decent superhero the circumstances permitted. But all his life he's been cast as the villain, especially with George being a superhero and the sibling rivalry that goes along with that, so he's always been the villain. But with a new world and a new set of circumstances, who knows? Oh, sure, he's still gonna burn things and he may not be that good a superhero, but no worse than Batman.
